David Bickley and Dare Mason first met in the the early 1980's in the (then) remote area known as West Penwith at the very tip of Cornwall. After honing their skills separately in London and Ireland David & Dare finally came together to record this swirling instrumental epic. This work is dedicated to the area's Celtic hills, seas, granite and of course its people.

Back in the late 90's, at the height of the boy band/girl band craze, I collaborated with Hud Saunders to write and produce these pop song demos in my bedroom studio in Shepherds Bush.
We used an array of mainly local inexperienced singers to perform the songs. An exception was Deb Saloman (now Debbie Wileman), the daughter of Nick Saloman of Bevis Frond.
Despite being signed to a succession of managers and interest from major labels, we never managed to break into the big time.
